Background
Elderly care in the Netherlands is facing a shortage. With a rising elderly demographic, the elderly homes can't employ workers fast enough. Kennermerhart approached us for an employer branding campaign to show people that elderly work can be fulfilling.
Insight
Working at Kennermerhart means working with people who have the most life experience. People who have lived through heartbreaks, meltdowns, and always persevere with resilience. They share your interests, your hobbies, and maybe even partied with Jimi Hendrix back in the day. There’s a lot you can learn about life from them.
You can get work experience anywhere. But at Kennemerhart, you get life experience.

We created a series of stills and films spotlighting Kennemerhart’s real residents, the true life experts. Each portrait and story reveals their wisdom, humor, and lessons learned, giving people an honest and heartwarming look into what it means to work in elderly care. The campaign went life on buses, bus booths, cinemas, online and socials.
